Finals & Semi-Finals

- Map Veto Process: Team Captains will conduct a strategic Pick and Ban process with admins prior to the match.
- Veto Rules: Teams ban maps from the 9-map tournament pool and pick maps for their respective game modes. The higher-seeded team decides the veto order.
- Game 1: Hardpoint
- Game 2: Search & Destroy
- Game 3: Control
- Game 4: Game mode of choice from the winner of Match 1 (Hardpoint, S&D, Control, or Domination).
- Game 5: Game mode of choice from the opposing team (Hardpoint, S&D, Control, or Domination).
General Rules
- Bracket System: Double Elimination format. Losing in the Upper Bracket drops you to the Lower Bracket; a second loss results in permanent elimination.
- Tournament Platform: Mobile devices only (iOS/Android). Emulators, external controllers, clip-on triggers, VPNs, GFX tools, or crosshair overlays are strictly prohibited and result in immediate disqualification and blacklisting.
- Team Roster: 5 main players, up to 2 substitutes, and 1 coach. All rosters are locked once the tournament begins. Account sharing or ringing is strictly prohibited.
- Coach & Spectators: Coaches can spectate their own team and remain in voice chat (non-disruptive) but must not relay information obtained from watching the opposing team's stream. Admin slots take precedence. Official observers only in lobby.
- Account Integrity: Players must use their registered UID. Minimum Account Level 50 is required before registration. Violations result in an instant ban for the entire team.
- Class Limits: During Hardpoint and Control, no two players on the same team can run the same Operator Skill at the same time. Wildcard class perks are strictly banned.
- Scorestreak Rules: Scorestreaks are banned in Search & Destroy. They remain permitted in other modes unless specifically banned (see below).
- Weapon Composition: All team compositions are strictly limited to a maximum of 3 ARs, 3 SMGs, 1 Sniper, 1 LMG, 1 Shotgun, and 1 Marksman.
- Mythic/Legendary Weapon Rule: Any player using these blueprints must equip a Red Dot Sight or Scope attachment to neutralize custom iron sight advantages. Failure results in an immediate map forfeit.
- Skin & Appearance: Character skins that provide unfair visibility (too small/transparent) are prohibited. Admin judgment is final.
- Banned Weapons & Attachments: NA45, SVD, XPR, Argus, Thumper, Shorty, SMRS, FHJ18, D13 Sector. Banned Attachments: Akimbo, Thermite Ammo (MOW/Kilo), Cooling Barrel (RPD), and Pharo Underbarrel Stun Gun.
- Banned Operator Skills: Transform Shield, H.I.V.E., Shadow Blade, Bull Charge, Ballistic Shield, K9 Unit, Kinetic Armor, TAK5, Reactor Core, Ballista EM3, Tac Deploy, Misdirection Device, Havoc, Munition Box, and Control Sphere.
- Banned Perks: Restock, Martyrdom, Pin Point, Persistence, Tracker, Recon, Serpentine, Quick Fix, Vulture, Tactician, Assassin, Hardline, Alert, High Alert, and Unit Support.
- Banned Utility (Lethals/Tacticals): Trip Mine, Thermite, Molotov, Contact/Cluster Grenade, C4, Heartbeat Sensor, Gas/Flash Drone, Echo, Stim Shot, Cryo Bomb, Storm Ball, Decoy, Trip Sensor, and Douser Grenade.
- Match Governance & Rehosts: Matches hosted with official 'Esports Rules' toggle. Rehosts granted only for admin error, server crashes, or pre-kill disconnects. High ping is not grounds for remake.
- Disconnect Rules: Lobby remakes are ONLY allowed if a player disconnects before the first kill or within the first 30 seconds. Otherwise, the player must rejoin the match in progress.
- Punctuality & Forfeits: 10-minute grace period from the scheduled time. Failure to field a full roster results in automatic forfeit. Mid-series leavers are disqualified.
- Score Reporting: Winning captains must submit final scoreboard screenshots/proof immediately after the series.
- Conduct & Integrity: No toxicity, racism, ghosting, or stream sniping. Global ALL chat is for administrative use only. Intentional exploit usage results in map forfeit.
- Tie-Breakers: For map ties (Hardpoint/Control), 90-sec sudden death applies. For series ties in group stages, higher cumulative score advances. If still equal, a single 3-round Search & Destroy tiebreaker (first to 2 rounds wins) will be played.
- Penalty System: Strike 1 (Warning), Strike 2 (Map Loss), Strike 3 (Series Loss). Cheating or emulator use results in an Immediate Ban and permanent blacklisting.
- Disputes: Team Captains must contact designated CODM admins with clear proof (screenshots/recordings) for review. All admin decisions are final and binding.
- Admin Authority: Levelstair & CSSL Rotaract admins hold final authority over all in-game and out-of-game decisions, including rule enforcement and penalty escalation.
