1. General Policies
- Inclusivity: No age, gender, or profession based restrictions. anyone can join the esport tournament and EXE Extended.
- Refunds: Ticket refunds are only considered for valid reasons. Inform the OC via conference@levelstair.com or esport@levelstair.com.
- Attendance: Failing to participate without valid notice may result in blacklisting from future Levelstair events.
2. EXE Extended Rules
Participate in the ultimate Game Jam and showcase your talent:
- Team Size: Solo development is preferred, but team submissions are open.
- Submission: All games must be submitted to the official itch.io page by the end of April.
- Compatibility: Submissions must include a WebGL / browser playable option.
- Promotion: Teams are required to promote their games on the Levelstair subreddit, personal Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Showcase & Rewards: The top 5 projects will showcase at LKGDC and win a Pearl Bay ticket (1 ticket per game). Top 10 receive digital certificates.
3. Common Engagement Monitoring
Engagement monitoring (FB, Instagram, Reddit) applies only to the Photo Competition. LinkedIn engagement is included for the Game Jam (EXE Extended).
Mandatory Requirement: Following Levelstair, Rotaract, and CSSL pages is mandatory for all participants.
