1. Overview

These Terms and Conditions govern your participation in digital events, game jams, exhibitions, and conferences organized and hosted by Levelstair Community. By registering for, submitting projects to, or attending our events, you agree to comply with these terms in full.

2. Registration & Eligibility

Participation is open to all individuals who meet the specified eligibility criteria for each respective event or competition. Attendees must complete their registration through official ticketing or registration partners linked on our portal. Levelstair reserves the right to reject or revoke registrations at its discretion for reasons of misconduct or misrepresentation.

3. Submissions & Intellectual Property

For competitive events and game jams (including EXE Extended), all submissions must represent the original work of the submitting individuals or teams. Participants retain full intellectual property ownership of their projects. By entering, you grant Levelstair a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display, archive, and showcase your submission in connection with Levelstair event reviews, highlights, broadcasts, and promotional content. No commercial utilization of submissions will be made without explicit written consent.

4. Code of Conduct

All participants, guests, speakers, and staff must adhere to our official Code of Conduct. Harassment, abusive language, cheating, or unsportsmanlike behavior will not be tolerated and may result in immediate disqualification or removal from the event platform or venue.

5. Schedule & Format Variations

Levelstair reserves the right to update event schedules, line-ups, and formats when necessary. In cases of disruption caused by factors beyond our reasonable control, we will coordinate and communicate format changes (e.g., transitioning sessions online) via official communication channels.

6. Liability & Disclaimer

Levelstair and its collaboration partners are not responsible for any personal injury, property damage, or data loss sustained during our physical or digital events. Attendees participate at their own discretion and risk.
