Registration

  • Use the Get Your Ticket button at the bottom of the register page.
  • Ticket: PC esport and cosplay have separate tickets.
  • Payment: Registration fee of LKR 400 will be collected at the venue on the event day.
  • Registering confirms that your costume is handcrafted and that you agree to the tournament rules & waiver.
  • Reference images should be submitted to the Google Form.

Tournament Rules

General Rules

  • Cap Limit: This competition is limited to 50 participants. If registrations exceed this count, an initial screening round will be held. Otherwise, entries are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Originality: Only handcrafted cosplayers are eligible. Bought premade costumes are prohibited to ensure fair craftsmanship competition.
  • Time Limit: Each participant has a maximum of 1 minute on stage (Runway format: entry-action-exit).
  • Family Friendly: All costumes must be appropriate for a general audience (PG-13 equivalent). No explicit nudity, overly revealing outfits, or offensive material.
  • No Live Weapons: Absolutely no real weapons, sharp edges, metal blades (live steel), or functioning projectile weapons (including loaded Nerf guns or water guns) are permitted.
  • Prop Inspection: All props must be inspected by staff prior to the event. If a prop is deemed unsafe, you will be asked to store it away until you leave the venue.
  • Sportsmanship: Treat fellow competitors, judges, volunteers, and audience members with respect. Harassment, bullying, or sabotage of any kind will result in immediate disqualification.
  • Judging: There will be 3 judges. All decisions made by the judging panel are final.
  • Punctuality: Cosplayers should arrive at the announced check-in time on the event day.
  • Verification: Please keep work-in-progress (WIP) evidence, such as photos or videos taken during the creation of your cosplay. These may be requested by the organizers at a later stage for verification purposes.
Format: Registration Info Required: Full Name, Contact Info, Age, Character Name & Series, Reference Image, and a brief 2-3 sentence character introduction. All participants must confirm they handcrafted their costume and agree to the rules & waiver.
