1. NSET Esport Rules
General rules for all participating teams in the Night Serpent Esports Tournament:
- Fair Play: Any form of cheating, hacking, or exploiting game bugs will result in immediate disqualification.
- Punctuality: Teams must check-in at least 30 minutes prior to their scheduled match time.
- Equipment: Consoles are provided. PC matches are fully online. Mobile players must bring their own devices along with chargers.
- Network: Network is provided by the Venue partner. Dialog 5G
- Conduct: Toxic behavior, harassment, or unprofessional conduct towards opponents or admins is strictly prohibited.
- On-premise Attendance: Due to limited event space, for mobile esports, only semi-finalists/finalists are welcomed to join the on-premise tournament. The rest of the tournament will be conducted fully online.
2. Game Photography Contest Rules
Showcase your in-game photography skills. Entries will be judged based on 3 main categories:
- Best Action Shot: Capturing dynamic combat, skill effects, or high-intensity moments (can be PvP, player vs NPC/mob, or Mob vs Mob).
- Best Character Shot: Focusing on character design, emotion, and portrait-style framing.
- Best Scenery Shot: Highlighting environment design, lighting, breathtaking landscapes, and architecture.
General Guidelines:
- Allowed titles: Honkai Impact 3rd, Genshin Impact, Honkai: Star Rail, Zenless Zone Zero, Wuthering Waves, Where Winds Meet.
- Editing: In-game photo editing is allowed. Basic external color correction is permitted, but no heavy external post-processing that alters the scene.
- Branding: Uploaded photos will receive an official EVENT FRAME. Contestants must only share the version with the frame on their personal Facebook, Instagram, and levelstair subreddit.
- Awards: Only category winners are invited to join on-premise to receive their awards. Each category winner will receive a prize of LKR 2,500.
3. Cosplay Contest Rules
Bring your favorite characters to life in our Open Category cosplay contest:
- Family Friendly: All costumes must be appropriate for a general audience. Overly revealing or explicit costumes are not allowed.
- Originality: Bought costumes (premades from online stores) are prohibited. If found, participant will be disqualified immediately.
- Performance: Each participant has a 30-second runway slot.
- Props: No real weapons, sharp edges, or heavy unmanageable props. All props must pass a safety check at the venue.
- Judging: Participants will be judged on craftsmanship, accuracy, presentation, and in-character actions/stage presence.
- Capacity: Registration is strictly limited to 50 cosplayers. Slots are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Punctuality: Cosplayers should arrive at the announced time and not before, due to space constraints at the venue.
4. EXE Extended Rules
Participate in the ultimate Game Jam and showcase your talent (Beginners are welcome!):
- Novelty: Submissions must be novel. If your game directly matches an existing title, you should be able to defend what makes yours different (though not exhaustively).
- Submission: All games must be submitted to the official itch.io page by the end of April.
- Promotion: Teams are required to promote their games on the Levelstair subreddit, as well as their personal Facebook and Instagram.
- Engagement: The top 5 engaged games will have the opportunity to showcase at LKGDC. Top 10 will receive digital certificates.
5. Common Engagement Monitoring
Engagement across social media platforms will be monitored based on the following point system. Participants must fill out the submission form with their post links.

6. General Policies
- Refunds: Ticket prices are strictly non-refundable.
- Attendance: Purchasing a ticket and failing to participate without a valid reason will result in being blacklisted from all future Levelstair events.
- Inclusivity: There are no age or gender restrictions for participation in any Level Up 2026 tournaments or contests.
